• Step 1:  Request Booking! Tell us about your event by completing our booking form. (It’s ok if you don’t know all the details yet, just give us an idea of what you’re planning.) 

   

• Step 2: We'll make sure we are available on the day of your requested booking, then email you a quote and confirm your cookie & ice cream choices.​​

 

• Step 3:  Submit the retainer. We generally require at least 50% of the total balance at the time of booking to finalize your reservation. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the event. If you’re interested in setting up a different payment plan, just ask! Please follow the prompts on the invoice page in order to submit your deposit.
