Please let us know in the booking form, so we can ensure everyone has delicious treats to enjoy!

Q: Is RVA Cookie Company licensed and insured?

A: Yes, we are fully licensed and insured in the state of Virginia. We adhere to all state regulations to provide you with both great service and peace of mind.

Q: What are the booking and payment policies?

A: To reserve The Cookie Bar for your event, we require a 50% down payment at the time of booking. This deposit secures your date and allows us to start preparing for your special day.

Q: What are the setup requirements for The Cookie Bar at an event?

A: We require a 6x6 foot space and access to an electrical source via an extension cord. This setup allows us to serve our cookies and ice cream sandwiches efficiently and ensures everything is freshly prepared.

 

Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: We accept cash, Venmo, checks, and credit cards through our invoicing page. Please note that credit card transactions incur an additional fee.
